This fox call is specially developed for hunting foxes and other predators in the North. The call is easy to use, and the special design prevents the nozzle from freezing.
Nordik Predator can deliver a wide range of tones within a very large distance. It is well documented that a fox up to 2 km away responds to the call.
If you have not lured foxes before, this call is an excellent place to start because it is set in advance. Just move the rubber band to select the sound you want.
Rodent squeaks
For imitation of mice and their squeaks, place the O-ring between your teeth or lips at the outermost part of the membrane and blow with short bursts.
Distress calls from rabbit and hare
These calls are easy to imitate. Place the O-ring between your teeth or lips in the middle of the mouthpiece and blow into the call. The further back on the membrane – the coarser sounds. Vary long and short sounds for 15-25 seconds and repeat every 3-4 minutes. Open and close your hand in front of the call opening – it gives more life to the sound.
Birds
Use the call in the same way as for rabbit and hare distress calls but place the O-ring between your teeth or lips as far into the mouthpiece as possible.
NOTE – This fox call produce sounds above 115 dB so use hearing protection.
