Designed by 3 x World Decoy Carving Champion Jamie Welsh, who has been developing decoys from his home in South Carolina, USA since 1988. The craft is 100% self studying from video recordings, books and techniques by other skilled decoy carvers. Jamie Welsh won a 3rd place at the World Decoy Pairs in 1993 and 1997 and then he was named World Champion in 2002, 2005 and 2014.
