American Dogtra has for more than 30 years collaborated with professionals and hunters on the development of dog training equipment that strengthens the working dog’s skills in retrieval and search tasks.

This clever “bird launcher” is used to train the dog with live birds such as pigeons, quail or other smaller bird game, but you can also use small traditional dummies.

The Dogtra QL Bird Launcher is compatible with most dummies on the market.

When you train your dog in retrieval or search, you can very precisely control where the bird flies to and thus reduce the risk of an enthusiastic hunting dog catching it on the ground.

Dogtra QL has a ventilated launcher, so that the scent is distributed and makes it easier for the dog to retrieve the bird.

A patented spring tension makes it possible to adjust the throw height so that you e.g. can start small with low throw height for puppy training.

Remote control included.

The unit can emit a loud beep or the sound of rapping ducks giving the dog a signal that a bird is being launched.
