Dan Thompson PC2 Fox Call

Dan Thompson PC2 is the most popular all-round predator call on the market and is used for luring foxes and martens. PC2 can also be used for crow hunting.

PC2 is perfect for fox hunting on open areas (field and coastal meadows) where you can lure the fox from a longer distance up to 1000 meters.

Place yourself in the open field 80-100 meters from the forest edge or scrub and start by calling with a smaller volume, which is gradually increased.

Call in approximately 1 min. and then pause for 2-3 minutes.

Blow 3 short and sharp sequences followed by a longer complaining sound that mimics a wounded hare. A wounded animal screams so remember to give it some force.

Make sure to vary the sound so that it does not become monotonous.
