High Quality Memory Cards for Game Cameras
You will need a high quality memory card for your game camera where images and videos can be stored in the same way as with an ordinary digital camera. If you don’t have a memory card in your camera, it is likely it will not be able to function correctly.
Many people choose to have 2 memory cards, so there is always a backup. This can also be handy if you have a card in the camera which is full. This means that at the same time as a battery change, the card could be swapped out for a fresh, formatted one, ready for another round of photos or videos.
It is important that you choose a memory card with a fast reading speed – otherwise your game camera will not work properly or efficiently. We recommend using a minimum of Class 10 cards with all the game cameras we stock, as that will ensure you have a reliable and fast card for years of use.
Always pay attention to the size of memory (number of GB) your camera can work with. If a camera is not compatible with the size of card you are using, it will simply not work until it has the correct size.
